I downloaded the app based on a recommendation by @SkankHunt42 but I am unable to add a payment method to it. I get the error that the payment cannot be added. I'm trying to add a credit card but it's just not working. Did anyone get this to work? If no, any alternatives or workaround this issue??

Not sure personally but following.

For me I had something interesting happen. My standard CC I have on Uber did not work when I got to Colombia. It worked to buy things, but not through the app. And other cards did work on the Uber app.

For some reason, THAT card with THAT app combination was a problem, but again, only in Colombia.

Sorry if this is obvious, but did you try multiple payment options?

Yes I tried multiple cards and none of them worked.

I have used two cards on there, the Apple Card and AA Card by Citibank. No issues except a fraud alert that was quickly resolved.

Did you add the cards when you were in Colombia or from outside of Colombia?
