hahaha, after my trip I can't even remember the number of times I said to myself: "I'd happy overpay for [insert random civilian ass here]...."

Personally I never try for civilians on vacation as I'd rather pay to save time but like you, I'd be interested to hear from anybody here.

I have a feeling they are easy to get a number from because it gets them good tips, but less likely to get anything. But yeah I’d happily get 700 or 800 for this one.

Yeah, Paisa women are notorious for exactly that. The are generally thought of as flaky as it gets. They will hand out their phone number and never answer. Also another reason I don't bother with civilians.

Hell even some prepagos who gave me their numbers at La Isla were too hard to get a hold of hahaha. I just deleted them after a few tries. Probably still worth trying as I know guys who do this (beats paying a takeout fee), but you need enough numbers and more time than I had.

In the end, I think you are right. You are more likely to get a girl like the ones described here at civilian bars. Basically paid hostesses working for tips:
