Is there a forum/website where the girls can post their availability in real time every day? And be responsive to their messages? I have contacted so many girls and only a handful of them actually responded back. I am looking to call a girl to my place in El Poblado for an hour or 2 in the night for a week. Different girl every night will be ideal but then most of these girls don't respond to their whatsapp messages. I don't want to bring someone I find on the streets to my place. Someone who has a profile somewhere or well reviewed girls.

Generally no. Some have twitter/telegram accounts, etc. but most say that the best way to contact them is on whatsapp anyway.
You are generally going to have to follow up a few times. The best girls are in high demand. And some will take time off without notice. Try sending messages in the morning around 9-10am before they start for the day. In the middle of the day they are busy, and at the end of the day they are tired. Do this a few days in a row. Be polite and don't be surprised if you get a response two days later. As you can imagine, you are going to have to contact more than you thought.
Another idea is to try to contact a casa that allows outcalls. The person doing the booking at the casa will be responsive. Also, they will know exactly who is/isn't available, who does/doesn't do outcalls, etc. The downside here is that the fee for outcalls is usually a bit higher.
