@Rojo has incorporated my map into the site! See the explanation here: https://catadorcolombia.com/threads...e-fotos-y-propón-los-sitios-que-faltan.27520/
The direct link to the map is in the top navigation bar.

This is great news for all of us. Before I was planning to take constant feedback from everyone and incorporate updates to the map myself, manually. Now all users can not only submit updates directly, and I don't have to be the bottleneck. I don't have a lot of time anyway which is why this took so long in the first place.
The map is much more complete as well, and eventually will include the whole country. This is honestly the thing I wanted from years ago. There were about five websites with listings, etc, but they were ALL out of date. That is one of the reasons I started coming to this forum. It was the closest thing I could find to current info. And I tried to keep a map myself but it was always out of date since places close, girls move, etc. etc.
Most important to me are the features that I just couldn't do with the google map.
And of course, the guide/wiki itself is here to stay, for all of those things that you can't get from a map, especially safety, and recommendations focused towards Medellín newbies.

- As stated above, this will be for all of Colombia, not just the places I feel like mapping/maintaining.
- Personally, I'd love to see people start submitting the coast: Cartagena/Baranquilla/Santa Marta, Eje Cafetero: Perira/Manizales/Ibagué, etc.
- All of the points on the map can be given ratings.
- Probably the best feature for finding good casas and eliminating bad ones. Now I don't have to mark/note this myself. We will all be doing this.
- The combo of the AI Guru (or manual search) + the map will help A LOT of people.
- There is a robust search feature, including by rating.
