clear up some terms for me please

so my first trip to medellin is fast approaching and i am yet to find what i am looking for. looking for petite, skinny, young, short, spinner type. no fake boobs/ass. Yes, I've seen that site before. There are a few sites like that but most people say that those are the same girls you can find at certain spas and casas during the day. I found a girl that is not your type, but it was they same girl charging WAY more on a site like that.
