Here and there I'll see videos of tasters taking a video railing a girl from behind with their cell phone (no face shown)...I was just curious what are generally the costs of this, and what is the best way to ask for it without seeming creepy? Is this a normal request?

Some do some don't if I want to take a video I always ask "Do you offer video recording?" and if they say no respect it and move on.
