Talking about 10s and making them fuck as hell, let me share my personal experience.
It does not matter much where or when you meet a girl. The clue is mutual respect in order to create chemistry.
If you go straight for the thing, asking about prices and services, you will receive exactly that:
A paid service limited in time, and mostly lacking "Quality".

Whenever I am in Colombia, I stay at 5* places and above. Airbnb is a good choice as acces for the girls is more uncomplicated than entering a good hotel. Also, a 5* appartment is more spacious and cheaper than a 5* hotel room.

I have had wonderful girls contracted for 2 hrs who finally stayed overnight without extra cost for the simple reason that my appatment was way more comfortable than their own homes. They were happy watching TV with drinks and good food around. A few even came back day for day without me having called or paid them.
A slap on the butt, they would lift their asses and let me fuck´em the way I wanted. Once in heat, gracious god, some of these girls turn animals and delibarately do things you cannot buy for money.

Of course, you need to be able to express yourself in Spanish and have a certain attitude. Make the girl feel well, take her out for dinner to a good restaurant or bar, flirt with her instead of touching the monetary side or which services you are expecting.

Well said Capitan. Some great tips/info here. My Spanish isn't great but definitely understandable and I definitely am able express my personality and make native speakers laugh.

My best friend has had the same experience as you in Cartagena every time he goes (about 6-7 times so far). He always stays in a very nice place and the story he told me of his first trip is exactly like you described. He stayed at Allure Chocolat and two of the girls said it was comfortable and they don't have A/C at home. They stayed overnight for free.

Also, as always YMMV, and I think you are right that some guys who complain of bad service may be treating it just as that: a service. That being said, some girls (be it 10 or 6) just are not that great either. But I can even accept that it is always about chemistry (in one form or another)...

This begs the question: where do you meet the 10s where you have the time to talk and build the rapport? I'm not talking civilians here. Other than booking an agency girl for two hours and taking your time to loosen her up, what other options would work with the industry in MDE?

I'd imagine strip clubs would work okay as those are the places that you'd be able to talk to girls for a bit and feel them out. This would seem to go along with the idea of using the club for rapport building and getting #s to follow up with the next day.

Any other places? Would you do the same thing at a casa/sala? Maybe book extra time...even if she is not 'great' but has potential, get the # and doing a longer meet later to deepen the connection, etc.

Any thoughts or ideas about the non-agency way?

Sorry but if we are talking about hiring prepagos that's just a good way to get robbed, no need to try to impress them with 5* hotels. Having 2 girls you don't know stay the night is a terrible idea here.

Actual good escorts don't care if you make small talk or not. Gringos like to delude themselves that by sweet talking a woman who has sex for money somehow she is going to give them better service, it's part of the game.

Perhaps. My friend has never had any issues in CTG but that also could be because they have a few people on staff who stay in the villa with them (maid/butler/etc.). For me personally, I wouldn't like it. Especially while solo. Also, MDE seems like a different animal than CTG, and I'm not trying to do the overnight thing anyway.

Regarding service: I also accept that many escorts are still human, and while you may not need to 'romance' them, I've also seen how a bit of decency and even a tiny bit of 'connection' can make a difference. My friends have experienced it many times. Sure, some girls are just going to be mechanical, grab there money, and split no matter what.

But I've also worked in the hospitality industry and a tiny bit of politeness on the part of customers always went a long way with me. I've noticed how much it could flip my (and my co-workers') attitude. Not talking about anything drastic here. Performing a job or not, people still like to laugh and have a good time.

It can be overwhelming getting sat with 3-4 tables, one after another as a server in a restaurant. Now just imagine those tables are dicks. Dicks attached to coked-up gringos who've been up for 2 days popping Cialis. They are still human. I think a lot could be said for simply not being one of those guys and bulldozing over them the second they walk in the door.

I see most things on a spectrum. In this case we have the gringo I just described on one end, and on the other we have overly romantic don juan (don wanbabe?). The answer is probably somewhere in the middle.

doncolombia is for the rest of Colombia but seems centric for Bucamaranga and Barranquilla - they recently did an upgrade of their forums software and fcuked the whole site up. Old posts are near impossible to find, sign up does not work...it's a mess

The internet is a good 5+ years behind in Colombia. Most businesses do not even update nor monitor their Google entries. For shits and giggles, I've hijaked some local businesses on Google Maps by adding my phone number and contact info.

And all the girls who charge 200k+ seem to be of the same quality they are just aiming for the gringo market.
