How do we approach them? I read somewhere that the Police is cracking down on people picking up girls at Parque Lleras? Is that true? Any precautions that we need to take?

The cracking down happened a while back. I haven't heard much about it recently. I'm not the expert at picking up street girls, but there is not much to the logistical side. Just start a normal conversation.

The main things is what NOT to do. Do not get in a girl's car. If she says anything about using her own driver: RUN. She is trying to scam you. Even if you could 'convince' her to go in your ride, don't bother. She is trying to hustle you. She is not a legit prepago. She is a scammer looking for a mark.

Also, don't take any cabs around Parque Lleras. Most of them are scammers too. Just get an uber.

Do not take a drink from her or anybody else either. At any time. There are a lot more things to think about, but it may not be the best idea.

Honestly, I'd avoid street girls if I were you. Sure, you might grab a legit girl, but it sounds like you are new. Wait until you get your bearings before you play that game. Again, things might work out fine. But the risk/reward is not worth it IMO.

You will have much better chance of a good time with much less of a chance for a bad outcome by going to a well reviewed girl. Be it an independent girl or at a casa.

Yup. Copy/paste their phone number to search in the forum above. When searching by name, understand that many common names are used by a few women. So the phone number is key. But some girls change their number a lot so sometimes you have to bounce back and forth between names/numbers.

Not that I know of. The websites you mentioned all cover ads. So that is how you will source girls in the first place. Between those sites and this forum itself, that is all you will need. Glad to see you did NOT mention skokka and ban as both of those sites have a lot of scams. Stay away.

For the second step/verification, This forum is the only English language verification system. There are telegram groups, but most of what I've seen is biased. One group pushes Santa's Spa/Rejas Blancas which are shitty casas known for cambiazos (bait & switch). Also, it is hard to verify the posters/users themselves because you can't look at history/rating/etc like you can in this forum. Some are paid to post B.S. like the shills for Santa's and Rejas.
