But agree, OP you are literally a BLOCK away from ChicasPlus. Maybe a 5 minute walk, or less. Also, if can't take an uber, what about a taxi? They're everywhere and as long as you speak spanish, or at minimum know how to use Google Translate, you should be ok. I believe there are at least 10-15 different casas around Laureles/Estadio area.

Download InDriver or Cabify or DiDi. I have multipe Paisa friends who use InDriver and Cabify. I hear DiDi is popular but it seems most people prefer the others with a preference for Cabify.

I never went to ChicasPlus so I don' know how close it is but I have faith in @techdev69 's opinion
