If you want to be close by many houses I'd stay around Primer & Segundo Parks in Laureles.
You will be close enough to the houses that are around La 70 as well as the ones in West Laureles. You are also not that far from Belén, but more to do in Laureles (places to eat, etc.).
It doesn't seem like you will hit that many independents, so I'd optimize for casas. But if you want to try a few, there are enough in Laureles, or again, you are not that far from Belén anyway.
And while being close to Casas is cool, you will want other stuff to do during the rest of the day. Laureles will have you covered. Also, it will be easier to get to el centro if you want to see the sites during the daytime.
