tl;dr: I can find bargains on 7s in the States. I'm looking for 9/10. Where to get the best value?
I've done p2p for a while now but never in Medellin. I will be there for the first time in a few months. I can speak basic Spanish and don't need English speaking girls. I'm posting this here because I'm looking for experienced gringo opinions.
It seems like most of the Local/Spanish speaking reviews are aligned towards the 130k/hr in-call girls which makes sense to me. Don't get me wrong, I love that stuff and have taken extensive notes. I will partake without overpaying and fucking prices up ;-)
But I'm also looking for some more in depth coverage of places that are a little more pricey because they are WORTH IT. If I can pay 130k for an 7 or 300k for the 10 I'm going to go for the 10. I won't always do that but this trip is about 10s. The difference between $35 and $80 USD is not a big difference, whereas in the States we are talking a jump from $150 to $1k+ (which is huge and I won't pay that anyway).
Of course, if I can get a 10 for 130k then great, but that stuff is few and far between. And yes I know YMWV with un-reviewed girls but again, chances have to be taken and I'm going to do it for $100-125 USD instead of $1k USD.
Given the above, do any of the following stand out for you as being pricier for a GOOD reason? Would the extra $270-370k be worth it if you had the money? I know some are better than others, pricing usually differs accordingly, etc...but where do you find the best value if you've been to any of them. Again, I don't mind paying for premium (9/10s), I just don't want to go to these places for the same quality (8s and below) I could get elsewhere for 1/3 the price.
CLUBS - La Isla, Fase 2, Luna Lunera
Salas/Casas/Etc (Higher-end?) - Loutron, Jade Palace?
Agencies - Escorts Fantasia, Modelos a la Carta, Las Nenas, La Celestina, etc.***
***Agencies seem riskier unless any of these will send uncovered pics beforehand (I think many won't). Also they probably won't send their whole catalogue.
Other Salas/Casas (I prefer Laureles over El Centro) - Casa Blue Room, Tantra Donde Mi Rey (heard mixed things though), Fantasia Energy, Eros, Secret Sala, Rostros
*I know these are not as high-end but are there any 9/10s at these places? Even some 8.5s. Most don't show faces and I want the whole package.
I love the idea of Clubs because I can see for myself from many different ones and pick the 'best' based on my taste. The Salas/Casas that will let me pick from a lineup are great too for the same reason. I love choice. But paying 3x for nothing means it is a false choice.

I've also read through the forums and seen the other advice (much appreciated!) though avoiding street-walkers / el centro is obviously not my issue. I also don't do drugs. Pussy is my drug of choice.
I've also read about getting #s out of girls and meeting them the next day for better pricing. That may factor in too. But locating them is my first priority.
