Getting ready to return to Medellin next week and already looking at book a summer trip, possibly somewhere else. Any recommendations on other countries in the region for enjoying the hubby? Any experience with Quito or Lima?

If money is not the issue, nor is language, I've read that Brazil specifically Sao Paulo, is amazing! There are threads on other boards going to details the many boates, clinicas, prives, thermas, and several clubs in SP.
