I am mid 30s from NYC, moving to medellin 6 months minimum

Sure, definitely have to stick to well reviewed girls. You can filter out hygiene/safety/service issues that way. Obviously take the review with a grain of salt. Some positives reviews are B.S.

I'm looking for disqualifiers more than a positive review. And I want to see multiple reviews. Ideally from people who aren't afraid to post bad ones too.

haha, I did too. The single worst experience I had. There were 15-20 when I went, but only two that were even fuckable. I took both of them and they were not great.

Yup, as far as casas go, Loutron fit all of those for me, but some people were missing the service part. I think it all depends on the girl. Same for La Isla.

The guy who wrote the Modelos A La Carta review above got great service from that service, but it was pricier + outcall. FWIW, I don't think he liked the casas he went to, even Angeles. And I believe he thought La Isla was okay, though I don't remember all the details.

In the end, the consensus seems to be to stick to well reviewed girls no matter what you do. If you Kamikaze, do the motel. Though, it sounds like you'd like to avoid that route. I posted some well reviewed girls in those other links like Mia Silver (whom you already met), Tiffany, etc.

That thread has the most up to date pricing for La Isla that I've seen. Loutron should be similar, but maybe a little cheaper. They will both be pricier than other casas/independents, no doubt. Probably 1.5-2.5x pricier depending on what places/chicas you are comparing.

But, as you noted, there is a trade off. Safety is much higher. Both were much cleaner. And like you said, you can see the girls before. But also, you can talk to them and get a feel for if they are pushy/demanding/etc. That is the way to check for service since you won't really have reviews.

If you don't mind spending a little more, those places are a shortcut to 90% of the things we are looking for. YMMV.

In the end, I wouldn't spend all of my time/money there. But they will do in a pinch while you are waiting to hear back from the flaky independents haha.
